At DIVA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Return Charges

A ₹50 return processing & logistics fee will be deducted from the refund amount
-
This fee does not apply if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@divaearrings.in.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package
Please Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Special Cases & Guidelines
1. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged product:

Share clear pictures of the damaged item

We will send you a replacement FREE OF COST
-
No return charges apply
2. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product:

Do not use the item
-
Keep it in original condition and packaging
-
We will arrange the return and re-ship the correct product

No return charges apply
⚠️ If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts, the customer will bear the applicable charges.
3. Missing / Wrong Product Claims

An unboxing video is mandatory

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
4. Proper Unboxing Video Requirements
The video must:

Clearly show the shipping label with Order ID
-
Be continuous, without cuts or pauses
-
Clearly display the product inside the package
No Return for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or if you simply do not like the product after delivery.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

The product is damaged on arrival

The product is defective

The wrong product has been delivered
-
The product has missing items (with valid unboxing video proof)
📌 Please Note: Minor variations in color, finish, size, or design due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:

Return the original product as per the policy above

Place a new order for the desired item
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

The ₹50 return charge (if applicable) will be deducted before processing the refund

Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@divaearrings.in.
